Salt Therapy
Halotherapy (salt therapy) helps with respiratory conditions, allergies, skin conditions, and more. We have 2 options for salt therapy at Gilbert Family Chiropractic: our salt room and our salt booth.
In our salt room, relax for 45 minute sessions while surrounded by the healing benefits of halotherapy. While lounging on cozy poofs or the salt pebble floors with a view of soothing salt block walls, pharmaceutical grade Himalayan salt is misted through the air for a detoxification therapy session. Sensory toys are available for children to play with throughout their time in the salt room.

In our salt booth, enjoy the same benefits of halotherapy in a condensed space for 10 minute sessions. A great, effective solution for those that don't have time for a longer session!
**There have been a number of clinical studies and research on halotherapy, and, to date, there are no known contraindications otherwise than what has been recommended based on the properties of sodium chloride, as well as in health code situations in public environments. People with any type of active tuberculosis, contagious conditions, late stage lung cancer, advanced pregnancy, pulmonary conditions such as COPD, acute issues and fever, open wounds & sores, and cardiac insufficiencies are encouraged to consult their local physician before beginning any regiment of dry salt therapy. Salt used for halotherapy is not for ingesting.
